What happens when I fill my contacts details in to view a property?

Once you click ‘Arrange a viewing’ and fill in your contact details, the landlord will be immediately notified by our special calling system. What sort of things should I ask when I view a property?

As a general rule, you should make sure you are clear on whether bills (gas, electricity, water) are included in the rent. If I want to sign for a property, is my contract with uletstudents or the landlord who showed me around?

uletstudents.com hosts a huge amount of properties from different landlords, so the contract and all future dealings will be directly with the landlord. However, if you would like to report a problem or need to get in touch with a particular landlord, feel free to contact us.
